Sandy Graham is a recipient The King Charles 111 Coronation Medal 2025 in recognition of her fight against ageism and gender equality in the music industry.Currently the Owner and Editor-In-Chief of Cashbox Canada as well as Founder and Managing partner of Record World International, and owner of Cashbox Radio.

With over close to 40 years in the industry, Sandy Graham has been involved in many various aspects of the music business and is considered a true trailblazer and recognized as an industry icon.Her accomplishments of becoming the 2nd female Music Director in Canada and one of the first women to be hired by a major label, holding the position of Eastern Promotions Manager for RCA Records in Montreal, Quebec. 

 Sandy Graham has owned various music venues in her career, including the Legendary Horseshoe Tavern and Route 66.Sandy’s current adventures include travelling globally to promote Canadian artists. The last ten years of multiple appearances in Sweden, Bulgaria, Romania, Newfoundland and other cities has given her a blueprint for becoming Road Ready to Showcase to share with artists who are touring and travelling.

Caroline Horcher is a media relations, communications, and marketing specialist with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations shape and share their stories in compelling, newsworthy ways.
