Clinician Bios:

Kristen Antunes is a music industry professional and musician based in Toronto, Ontario. She currently serves as Publisher Relations Lead with Canadian music rights organization, SOCN, where she manages high-profile member accounts, spearheads policy developments, and is regularly consulted for her music publishing expertise. Kristen also works as a Sessional Lecturer at the University of Toronto, teaching courses in Music Entrepreneurship and Digital Media Distribution as part of the Masters in Music Technology and Digital Media degree. Her academic and professional work converge in her advocacy for creator rights and education. Beyond her professional work, Kristen is an accomplished arranger, producer, and songwriter, and is regularly commissioned by professional and educational ensembles across Canada. She currently performs as an active member of Toronto-based a cappella group Beatsync, combining innovative arrangements with live looping and electronics.
