Sandy Graham is a recipient The King Charles 111 Coronation Medal 2025 in recognition of her fight against ageism and gender equality in the music industry.Currently the Owner and Editor-In-Chief of Cashbox Canada as well as Founder and Managing partner of Record World International, and owner of Cashbox Radio.With over close to 40 years in the industry, Sandy Graham has been involved in many various aspects of the music business and is considered a true trailblazer and recognized as an industry icon.Her accomplishments of becoming the 2nd female Music Director in Canada and one of the first women to be hired by a major label, holding the position of Eastern Promotions Manager for RCA Records in Montreal, Quebec. Sandy Graham has owned various music venues in her career, including the Legendary Horseshoe Tavern and Route 66.Sandy’s current adventures include travelling globally to promote Canadian artists. The last ten years of multiple appearances in Sweden, Bulgaria, Romania, Newfoundland and other cities has given her a blueprint for becoming Road Ready to Showcase to share with artists who are touring and travelling.
Ashley Andrews is a music executive, artist manager, and strategist with a sharp focus on building sustainable careers in today’s evolving music economy. With a background in business operations and an MBA, she approaches music through both creative and commercial lenses—bridging artistry, brand development, and revenue strategy.As the founder of Rise n’ Reign Music, Ashley works closely with independent and emerging artists across hip-hop, R&B, and pop, guiding them through artist identity, positioning, distribution, marketing, and long-term career planning. Her work emphasizes ownership, scalability, and systems—helping artists move beyond releases into fully structured music businesses.Ashley is also the creator of The REIGN Method, a strategic framework designed to educate and empower artists on the business side of music, from brand and audience development to monetization and financial planning. Known for her direct approach and operational mindset, she advocates for artists who want clarity, leverage, and longevity—not shortcuts.Based in Toronto and operating globally, Ashley continues to build platforms that connect talent, opportunity, and strategy in a way that allows artists to grow with intention and control.
Malin Östh is an international artist, cultural entrepreneur and "musical chameleon" with a career defined by versatility. Rooted in the jazz tradition but with a heart for her signature genre “Crockpop” a soulful fusion of country, rock, and pop Malin has established a powerful presence on global stages.As one half of the award-winning duo Bara Jonson and Free, she has toured in UK, Germany, Canada, and the USA. Their international reach is highlighted by official showcases at Indie Week in Toronto, where they were nominated for "Best Emerging Artist - International," and performances at major festivals such as Summerfest in Milwaukee.Parallel to her touring career, Malin leads the Malin Östh Band, honoring both the Great American Songbook and iconic Swedish jazz traditions. Beyond the stage, she is a dedicated cultural advocate and co-founder of Lilla By Festivalen, an initiative creating vital spaces for innovation and creative exchange. From her early foundations touring with jazz legend Allan Johansson to her work as a festival organizer, Malin brings a unique dual perspective to the panel as both a high-level performer and a visionary industry actor.
Jonas Tancred is a Swedish singer-songwriter, producer, and the creative force behind the musical alter ego Bara Jonson. As one half of the acclaimed duo Bara Jonson and Free, Jonas has pioneered a unique musical signature known as CrockPop - a vibrant fusion of Country, Rock, and Pop.With deep roots in the independent music scene, Jonas is the founder and visionary behind the Lilla By Festivalen in Rinkaby, Sweden. The festival has become a celebrated hub for international collaboration and original music, reflecting his passion for community and artistic growth.His international career includes performances at major festivals such as Summerfest (USA) and Indie Week (Canada), as well as featuring in the Emmy-nominated documentary It Just Clicked by Robert Kenner. As a clinician and mentor, Jonas brings a wealth of experience in songwriting, stage presence, and the "CrockPop" philosophy, empowering artists to find their authentic voice and bridge the gap between genres.
